About Us
The Fundación Escuela Latinoamericana de Redes (EsLaRed) acquired independent legal status on November 17, 1999 as a non-profit organization in accordance with the requirements of Venezuelan law giving, in this way, continuity to the activities that had been carried out since 1992 in the field of information and communication technologies in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Management and Administration
The Foundation is directed and administered by the Board of Directors whose members are:

Secretary General: Leonardo González Villasmil.
Comptroller: Rosmary Duque.
Administrator: Indyra Araujo.
Director of Information Services: Rosalía Gumina.
